Hourly Rate
All services under this agreement are provided at a standard hourly rate of $85 AUD/hour. The total service cost will be calculated based on the actual hours worked, as detailed in each service package below.

Core, Theme, and Plugin Updates (Monthly): 1 hour
Regular updates to keep your site secure and up to date.
Security Scans and Malware Removal (Monthly): 1 hour
Routine scans and proactive malware removal to protect your site.
Weekly Backups with Easy Restore: 1 hour
Regular backups to prevent data loss, with easy restoration options.
Basic Email Support (24-48 Hours Response Time): 0.5 hour
Support for common site issues via email within 24-48 hours.
Basic Monitoring for Site Uptime: 0.5 hour
Monitoring to ensure your site remains accessible.
Simple Troubleshooting for Common Site Issues: 1 hour
Resolving basic technical problems as they arise.

Initial setup and ongoing monitoring of SSL certificates.
SMTP Configuration and Troubleshooting: 1 hour

Priority Email Support (Within 24 Hours): 1 hour

2.6 Premium Growth Package
Description: Unlimited development and comprehensive site and email management for scaling businesses.

Includes everything from the Custom Development & WooCommerce Package, plus:
Custom Development (20 Hours/Month): 20 hours
Unlimited custom development hours for extensive site enhancements.
Unlimited WooCommerce Products: 2 hours
Support for an unlimited number of products in WooCommerce.
24/7 Technical Support: 4 hours
Round-the-clock technical assistance for any urgent issues.
Comprehensive SEO and Marketing Analytics: 2 hours
Advanced SEO strategies and detailed marketing analytics.
Exclusive Access to Future Upgrades and Features: 1 hour
Early access to new features and upgrades as they become available.
Total Estimated Hours per Month: 29 hours
3. Service Plans
We offer several service plans that bundle the services listed above. Clients can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually based on their preference. All services are billed at the standard hourly rate of $85 AUD/hour.
Basic Maintenance Plan: 5 hours/month - $425 AUD
Standard Care Plan: 6 hours/month - $510 AUD
Content Management & Security Plan: 8 hours/month - $680 AUD
Performance & Content Pro Plan: 10 hours/month - $850 AUD
Custom Development & WooCommerce Plan: 12 hours/month - $1,020 AUD
Premium Growth Plan: 29 hours/month - $2,465 AUD
4. Billing and Payment Terms
Billing Cycle: Clients may choose to be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Quarterly Discount (2% Off):
Apply a 2% discount on the total cost for each quarterly billing period.
Half-Yearly Discount (4% Off):
Apply a 4% discount on the total cost for each half-yearly billing period.
Annual Discount (10% Off):
Apply a 10% discount on the total cost for each annual billing period.
Two-Year Discount (25% Off):
Apply a 25% discount on the total cost for a two-year billing period.
Three-Year Discount (35% Off):
Apply a 35% discount on the total cost for a three-year billing period.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee for each month the payment is overdue.
Services will be paused if payments are not made within 30 days of the due date.
Additional Hours:
If services exceed the estimated hours for a particular plan, additional hours will be billed at the standard rate of $85 AUD/hour.
5. Termination and Refund Policy
Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
Refunds:
If the client cancels the service mid-term, a prorated refund will be provided for unused services, minus any work completed at the $85 AUD/hour rate.
No refund will be issued for services already performed.
6. Confidentiality
The Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive data or proprietary information provided by the Client during the course of this agreement.
7. Liability Limitations
The Provider will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from third-party plugins, hosting issues, or external attacks such as hacking.
Our services are designed to mitigate risk, but we cannot guarantee the site will remain 100% free from security issues.
8. Service Availability
Standard Support: Available during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST Monday to Friday).
Emergency Support: Available outside these hours only for clients on the Premium Growth Plan.
9. Amendments and Updates
This Agreement can be updated or amended as required. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and agreed upon before implementation.
