Plesk Premium Email powered by Kolab is a comprehensive email solution that integrates advanced email management features with robust security. This manual provides a basic guide to help users navigate and utilize the essential features of Plesk Premium Email.
2. Getting Started
Logging In
- Open your web browser and navigate to the Plesk login page provided by your administrator.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click "Log In" to access your Plesk dashboard.
Accessing Email
- Once logged in, navigate to the "Mail" section in the left sidebar.
- Click on "Email Addresses" to see a list of your email accounts.
- Click on the email address you want to manage to open the Kolab webmail interface.
3. Basic Email Features
Sending and Receiving Emails
Sending Emails
- In the Kolab webmail interface, click on "Compose" or "New Mail."
- Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field. Use "Cc" and "Bcc" as needed.
- Enter the subject of the email in the "Subject" field.
- Write your message in the body section.
- Click "Send" to send your email.
Receiving Emails
- Click on "Inbox" in the left sidebar to view received emails.
- Click on an email to open and read it.
- Use the toolbar options to reply, forward, or delete the email.
