Direct Debit Authorization Terms and Conditions
1. Authorization
1.1 By signing below, I/we authorize HashTech Group Pty Ltd to initiate debit entries to the nominated account details specified in the service order form and the bank named below, hereinafter called "depository," to debit the same to such account.
2. Debit Amount and Frequency
2.1 I/we authorize the debit of the agreed amount and frequency:
- Amount: [Agreed Amount]
- Frequency: [Agreed Frequency - e.g., Monthly]
2.2 The debit entries will be initiated on [Specify Date or Frequency] and will continue until further notice.
3. Bank Account Information
3.1 I/we authorize HashTech Group Pty Ltd to debit the nominated account details specified in the service order form:

- Bank Name: Nominated bank name
- Account Number: Nominated account number
- Routing Number: Nominated routing number
4. Changes to Authorization
4.1 I/we understand that I/we may change or revoke this authorization by providing written notice to HashTech Group Pty Ltd at least [Specify Notice Period] days before the next scheduled debit.
5. Notification of Changes
5.1 I/we agree to promptly notify HashTech Group Pty Ltd of any changes to my/our nominated bank account information, including account holder name, bank name, account number, or routing number.
6. Insufficient Funds
6.1 In the event of insufficient funds in the designated account, I/we acknowledge that HashTech Group Pty Ltd may charge a fee for each unsuccessful debit attempt.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 I/we have the right to dispute any debit entry by contacting HashTech Group Pty Ltd within 28 days of the debit date.
8. Data Security
8.1 HashTech Group Pty Ltd will handle all information obtained during this authorization process securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Termination of Authorization
9.1 HashTech Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate this authorization at any time by providing written notice to me/us.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
