Setup Inbound
AnyDID / AnyCID then route it to your ring group / ivr or extensions.
Outbound
Choose the Trunk Name you just configured
Dial Patterns: X.
Configure the Failover Destination: Terminate / or Voice Mail
Then click apply on the top corner, now you can make and receive calls.
