Step 1: Gather Your cPanel Email Details
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Go to Email Accounts and find the email account you want to set up.
- Click Connect Devices or Set Up Mail Client to view your incoming and outgoing server settings.
Common email settings for cPanel (these may vary, so double-check in your cPanel):
- Incoming (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993 (SSL) or 143 (non-SSL) - Incoming (POP3):
mail.yourdomain.com, Port 995 (SSL) or 110 (non-SSL) - Outgoing (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (non-SSL) - Username: Full email address (e.g.,
you@yourdomain.com) - Password: Your cPanel email password
Step 2: Setting Up on iPhone (iOS)

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Tap Next and enter your Outgoing Server Settings:
- SMTP Server:
mail.yourdomain.com. - Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (non-SSL).
- Security type: SSL/TLS.
- Require sign-in: Enabled.
- Username: Full email address.
- Password: Your email password.

Tap Next and configure Sync settings (e.g., sync frequency).

Tap Next and Done to finish setup.
Final Step: Test Your Email
Open your email app, and test sending and receiving messages to ensure everything is working correctly.
This setup will allow you to access your cPanel email on your mobile device, with emails syncing automatically if you’ve chosen IMAP.
